Process pumps multi stage

Internal compression cycle pump

These pumps are critical in the air separation for improvement of plant output. This requires extremely reliable and efficient pumps adapted to the specific application. They are primarily used for recirculation processes. Their hydraulic efficiency is exceptional, thanks primarily to the "lost wax" casting process used on certain critical components, such as impellers. Many standards features and options are available to ensure safe and reliable operation and monitoring.

Internal Compression pump

These pumps could replace compressors used to feed users process from liquefaction plants. Indeed, their reliability, their simplicity of use and their low investment costs make them ideal for these applications, allowing reduced power consumption by pumping liquid rather than compressing gas.
The pumps are designed for flow rates up to 15000 l/min and discharge pressures up to 100 bar, in either vertical or horizontal executions and either single or multistage configurations.

Back-up pump

This pump application is critical to all liquefaction plants. It is a part of the system to ensure customer product supply continues in the event that all or part of the main production plant fails. Cryostar's highly reliable designs ensure that the product can be delivered reliably and safely.
