In line with its recent market evolution, Cryostar has continued to add new services. To allow the company to take its customer partnerships even further, Cryostar’s latest strategy is to get to know customers even better and to provide more personalized services.
As part of its vision for growth Cryostar’s Customer Service Department (CSD) is to implement a customer relationship management (CRM) tool and strategy. A dedicated call centre number to serve customers will also be put in place.
