Industrial gas cylinder filling stations is our core business. For 15 years we have provided customers with filling stations for industrial, medical and special gases on a world wide basis.
Our experience in this market enables us to propose and supply special extension systems including supervision functions, remote maintenance possibility, and analysis and traceability features to our customers.
With an install base of approximately 30 filling sites we are able to use the acquired experience to supply tomorrow’s systems. Single gas filling systems |

Cryostar single gas filling systems have been developed for filling gas cylinders up to a pressure of 300 bar at 15° C. In order to gain the best output from the installation, this system is fed by one single source of gas, filling up to 6 posts simultaneously or completing other operations on other posts at the same time. Multi gas filling systems |

Cryostar multi gas filling systems have been developed for very precise mixing of different gases and bottle filling at up to 300 bar at 15° C.
In order to gain the best output from the installation, these systems can be fed by 6 different sources of gas, filling up to 6 posts simultaneously or completing other operations on other posts at the same time. (hidden time).

Liquid filling systems |

Cryostar liquid filling systems have been developed for filling bottles or bundles from 10 Kg up to 1500 Kg. In order to gain the best output from the installation, this system is fed by one single source of gas, filling up to 6 posts simultaneously.

Supervision System |
 |
 |
The Cryostar supervision system allows visual presentation and input of the different mixing and filling operations completed on the various systems. It is possible to access this control system from a distance using the remote maintenance facility.
